Hotell Diplomatic är ett elegant hotell med klassisk stil och trevlig atmosfär. Väldigt bra läge i Rom nära Vatikanen, Castel Sant´Angelo och Piazza Cavour. Via Ripetta, Trevi-fontänen, Pantheon och Piazza Navona finns inom 300-600m. De flesta kända sevärdheter finns inom en kilometer från Hotell Diplomatic. American bar och innergård för hotellets gäster. Minibar på rummen. Hiss.

Under vår Romvistelse bodde vi två nätter på Diplomatic. Vi hade ett rum mot innergården, helt knäpptyst på natten vilket var väldigt skönt. Väldigt rent och bekvämt. Älskade badrummet som var varmt, snyggt och hade bra badkar och dusch. Hotellets läge är exceptionellt bra mellan Vatikanen och absoluta centrum med huvudgatan Via del Corso och t.ex Piazza Navona på ett par minuters gångavstånd. Frukosten, en fullt tillräcklig buffé, serveras i ett snyggt frukostrum eller på terrassen
utanför under varmare tider. Det finns inget jag skulle kunna anmärka mot på Diplomatic, jag bor mer än gärna här igen.

Date of review: May 10, 2011 - We recently spent two weeks in Rome with the Hotel Diplomatic as our home base and it was terrific. The room was clean, and recently updated; the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really nice. The continental breakfast was fine; but the coffee was great. The breakfast wait-staff were charming, the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful --- I would recommend it without hesitation. And, given the chance, I'd stay there again.

Stayed here very recently, an amazing hotel 15 minutes walk from the Vatican, 30 minutes to the Spanish Steps....a beautiyul hidden gem, nestled away from the hustle and bustle....
beautiful spacious rooms, comfortabe beds and wonderful staff....I will be returning and would encourage anyone seeking quality and affordable accomodation within easy reach of the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain to seriously consider this beautiful hidden gem....

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Diplomatic, Rome for five nights in March 2011. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the sights. Breakfast was plentiful. free safe in the room and a hair-drier. Our only disappointment was that there wasn't a coffee/tea maker in the room!! This would have made this hotel PERFECT.
First time in Rome and we found we could comfortably walk to all the sights! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast kept us going till late afternoon! The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and would have liked to take the bathroom home! Only downside was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. If throwing the coin in the fountain works we would stay there again.
